I’m Caitlin Parker—a trauma specialist, certified EMDR therapist, CEDS, and clinical supervisor with nearly two decades of experience. I work with a selective caseload of high-capacity adults, professionals, and first responders who are tired of white-knuckling their way through life. My approach is relational, somatic, and attachment-informed—because how you learned to survive shapes everything. Whether complex trauma shows up as chronic hypervigilance, professional burnout, or complex patterns with control, food, and body image, we focus on root-level nervous system resolution rather than temporary symptom management. EMDR is my primary modality, grounded in modern nervous system science and chosen because it works. This is deep, focused, relational work for people who are ready to stop performing and start feeling genuinely free.
